Last year, QuestionPro CX, a platform for obtaining and analyzing data from touchpoint analyses as part of Customer Experience Management, made it into Gartner's Magic Quadrant. Thanks to constant further developments with many innovations, QuestionPro has made it this year too.

According to the Gartner Magic Quadrant, QuestionPro is one of the market leaders in the medium-sized business segment for Voice of the Customer (VoC)

As one of the 14 most advanced VoC providers mentioned and evaluated in Gartner's Magic Quadrant last November (2021), the particular added value of QuestionPro's Customer Experience Management platform for the study editors at Gartner was its special focus on qualitative and quantitative data collection and data analysis with a focus on medium-sized companies.

Gartner considers in its latest Magic Quadrant for Voice of the Customer the ability to implement and the completeness of VoC solutions as the most important critical parameters.

The study publication states:

This is not the first time Gartner has recognised QuestionPro's Customer Experience Management platform. Back in 2020, QuestionPro CX also received honourable mention in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Voice of the Customer as a niche vendor for mid-market companies.

Demand for Voice of the Customer solutions in medium-sized businesses is growing
