Phases in innovation management

Phase 1: Generate ideas

The good news is that the first step in innovation management is the easiest - generating great ideas. Ask your customers, ask your employees, and take a good look at your industry. But remember, you need to get your ideas down to earth and figure out how to make them happen. Work to filter ideas so that the best and most thoughtful ideas are prioritized. Phase 5: Dissemination

This is the step in innovation management that brings the entire company on board. Now that everything is in place, you and those who worked on the project talk about what it is, how it works, and why it matters.
