Account Executive for EU Business

For the development of our business activities within the EU and for the enhancing of our sales team in India, we are looking for engaged, motivated and confident Account Executives in full-time (m/f/d) for all phases of the sales process. Your responsibilities will include the generation of new leads as well as the development of existing leads within our inside sales process. In addition, you will be responsible for the support and growth of a part of our existing customer base. Cross-selling and upselling should not be foreign to you. Due to your high customer orientation, you will process incoming chats quickly and competently. You are highly self-motivated, responsible and self-organised. Ideally, you have experience in conducting sales-oriented webinars and 1:1 online presentations and are familiar with modern sales tools and methods as well as social networking.

Areas of responsibility

  • Support in acquisition of new customers in the European Union
    – Identification of decision makers and sales potential
    – Creation and follow-up of offers
    – Inbound and outbound sales activities (handling incoming chats, emails and telephone inquiries, supporting our outbound call and online marketing campaigns)
  • Active sales planning through efficient “pipeline management”
  • Creation of customer-specific presentations, offers and contracts
  • Manage the entire sales process, from the inquiry, consultation/presentation, preparation of the offer to the conclusion
  • Strengthening customer relationships through regular engagement and personal conversations.
  • Establish and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-fulfillment within the specified market sector.

Requirements for the job

  • Fluent English
  • Residence in India
  • Completed studies or commercial training
  • First practical experience in sales desirable
  • High affinity for the software industry and interest in the development of the industry. Initial know-how on topics such as customer experience, employee experience, market research is an additional “asset”
  • High sales affinity and service mentality as well as fun dealing with customers
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks
  • Solution-oriented work & strong team skills
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability, high personal responsibility and very good communication skills as well as a “hands-on mentality”
  • Fluent German language skills and very good English language skills as well as confident use of MS Office products
