To support our sales team and to expand our sales activities in the pre-sales phase for the EU market, we are looking for you as a call/contact agent (m/f/d)!

Your tasks:

  • Research and qualification of contact persons
  • Identification of sales potential
  • Carrying out cold calls (telephone acquisition)
  • Networking via LinkedIn
  • Presentation of our service and solution portfolio
  • Conducting surveys
  • Scheduling live demos for sales
  • Customer reactivation
  • Maintaining participant lists for webinars and events
  • Database maintenance

Our requirements
