As a Customer​ ​Service​ ​Representative​, you act as a link between our customers and our sales employees and are committed and motivated to face all the challenges that arise before, during and after our customers purchase our survey and analysis solution QuestionPro. You are patient, empathetic, passionate about providing service and are also communicative and cooperative. You are the first point of contact for our customers when it comes to solving technical problems and clarifying administrative issues. Our primary goal is to ensure excellent service that generates the highest level of customer satisfaction. Support us in this!

Tasks

  • You are the first point of contact for our customers via live chat, web requests, e-mails and incoming phone calls
  • You determine further sales potential with our customers/li>
  • You identify customer wants and needs independently
  • You build up close relationships with our customers and actively approach them
  • Documentation of support cases
  • You mediate between customers and sales
  • You are responsible for the complaint management
  • You conduct customer satisfaction surveys

Requirements

  • You have already gained initial experience in the area of ​​customer service
  • You speak German and English fluently
  • You posess first-class communication skills
  • You have an affinity to CRM and distribution systems
  • High customer orientation distinguishes you
  • You are “multi-tasking”
  • Ideally, you have a technical university degree
