Our aim is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction on all projects. As Customer​ ​Success Manager​ (m/f/d) You act as a service-oriented link between our customers and our sales employees.

Your area of ​​responsibility:

  • You are the first point of contact for your customers
  • You identify customer requests independently
  • You build close relationships with your customers and actively approach them
  • As the main contact, you support our customers on their way to becoming active users and fans of our products
  • You prioritize, coordinate and manage several of your customers' ongoing projects related to our products (implementation to implementation)
  • You conduct customer satisfaction surveys
  • You mediate between customers and sales employees
  • You are responsible for complaint management

Our requirements:

  • Ideally, you have a technical university degree
  • Initial experience in customer service
  • Experience in project management or in a consulting position desirable
  • Good technical understanding and the ability to learn new things
  • High level of personal responsibility, self-organization, goal orientation and service mentality
  • A high level of customer orientation
  • First-class communication skills
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Affinity to CRM and sales systems
