As a Customer Experience Consultant (m/f/d) you act as a link between our customers and our sales department. Your areas of responsibility:

  • Independent identification of customer wishes and determination of sales potential
  • Building customer relationships and active exchange
  • Mediation between customers and sales
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of customers
  • Conceptual development of questionnaires and analysis methods
  • Development of customer-specific solutions and CX methods
  • Building customer journeys and touchpoints
  • Supervision of surveys in the field phase
  • Carrying out data analysis

Our requirements:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the area of ​​customer experience/market research
  • Experience in customer service
  • High customer orientation – patience, empathy and passion
  • Good technical understanding
  • High affinity for CRM and sales systems
  • Ability to quickly learn new facts
  • First-class communication skills
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • “Multitasking ability”
  • Ideally: University degree in IT or social sciences
