For the development of our business activities and to expand our sales, we are now looking for a committed, motivated and confident Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for all phases of the sales process - in other words, exactly you!

Your tasks as a key account manager

  • Acquisition of new customers and customer support
  • Active sales planning through efficient “pipeline management”
  • Participation in acquisition appointments as well as their preparation and follow-up
  • Identifying business potential based on customer needs, “cross-selling and upselling”
  • Creation of customer-specific presentations, offers and contracts
  • Manage the sales process: inquiry, consultation/presentation, offer creation, closing
  • Building strategic and long-term customer relationships

Our requirements

  • Experiences in customer experience topics
  • Completed studies or commercial training
  • High affinity for the software industry, interest in its development
  • High sales affinity and service mentality
  • Experience in solution sales, sales of consulting / full service, ideally in enterprise feedback / experience management
  • High customer orientation, regular maintenance of customer relationships
  • Ability to structure and prioritize tasks independently
  • Teamwork and a “hands-on mentality”
  • Very good communication skills
  • Fluent German and very good English skills
  • Confident in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Ideally: experience in conducting sales-oriented webinars and 1:1 online presentations/ experience with modern sales tools and methods/ social networking/
