To support our team for the EU market, we are looking for you as a Research Project Manager (m/f/d)!

Your area of ​​responsibility: Collaboration and independent implementation of quantitative and qualitative research and community projects

  • Price and capacity inquiries
  • Feasibility check
  • Creation and monitoring of project plans
  • Development and testing of questionnaires and guidelines
  • Development and testing of online community concepts
  • Onboarding of projects, including setting up communities, composition of samples, sample management, recruiting participants, managing communities, field start preparations, quantitative and qualitative surveys
  • Implementation and monitoring of the field phases
  • Quality assurance and data cleansing
  • Evaluation, analysis, reporting, presentation of the results
  • Participation in writing management summaries and recommendations for action
  • Cost, quality and timing controlling, deriving measures
  • Close collaboration in the pre-/after-sales phase with sales, sample and development teams

Our requirements

  • Completed studies in the fields Business administration, psychology, market/media research, social sciences/sociology (focus on marketing, consumer/behavioral research)
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience with quantitative and qualitative methods and managing market research projects; Experience in the online community/panel area is an advantage
  • High communication skills (presentation in words and pictures/PowerPoint), persuasiveness in collaboration with our customers
  • Basic knowledge of the legal basis (BDSG)
  • Confident in using common IT and PM tools (MS Office, Google Suite, Slack, etc.)
  • High level of personal responsibility, self-organization, Goal orientation and service mentality
  • Very good German and English skills
