Technical Account Manager (m/f/d)

In order to develop our business activities and expand our sales, we are now looking for a committed, motivated and confident Technical Account Manager for all phases of the sales process. Your area of ​​responsibility includes both the generation of new and the development of existing leads within our inside sales process. You will also be responsible for supporting and growing part of our existing customer base. Cross selling and upselling should not be foreign words to you. Due to your high level of customer orientation, you process incoming chats quickly and competently. You work to a high degree in a self-motivated, self-responsible and self-organized manner. Ideally, you have experience in conducting sales-oriented webinars and 1:1 online presentations and are familiar with modern sales tools and methods as well as social networking.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Support in acquiring new customers and customer support
  • Identification of decision makers and sales potential
  • Creating and developing offers
  • Inbound and outbound sales activities (handling incoming chats, emails and telephone inquiries, supporting our outbound call and online marketing campaigns)
  • Active sales planning through efficient “pipeline management”
  • Support with larger and complex tenders and preparation and follow-up of acquisition appointments, in which you will also take part
  • Creation of customer-specific presentations, offers and contracts
  • Manage the entire sales process, from inquiry, consultation/presentation, offer preparation through to closing
  • Use your expertise in solution sales to optimally respond to customer needs and identify business potential in order to build a strategic, long-term partnership with your customers
  • Strengthen customer relationships through regular engagement and personal conversations
  • Creating and maintaining a sales pipeline to ensure over-fulfillment within the designated market sector/verticals
  • Conducting webinars

Requirements:

  • Completed studies or commercial training
  • Initial practical experience in sales desirable
  • High affinity for the software industry and interest in the further development of markets
  • Initial know-how on topics such as customer experience, employee experience, market research is an additional “asset”
  • High sales affinity and service mentality as well as fun dealing with customers
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks
  • Solution-oriented work & strong team skills
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability, high personal responsibility and very good communication skills as well as a “hands-on mentality”
  • Fluent German language skills and very good English language skills as well as confident handling of Office products
