Create and conduct GDPR-compliant online surveys with QuestionPro – it’s that easy! Here you will find instructions for implementing the EU data protection directive
To make it easier for users of the QuestionPro survey platform to conduct GDPR-compliant surveys and data collection, we have put in place a procedure to ensure that all data collected by QuestionPro through surveys in the EU is GDPR-compliant accordingly. Below you will find instructions on how to set up your user account.
Log in to your user account and then click COMPLIANCE. Here you can activate GDPR compliance. For users who use QuestionPro on our European server, GDPR compliance is already preset. So check whether your user account is operated on a server in the European Union. You can find this information at the bottom right in the dark gray field under DATA CENTER.
After navigating to the Compliance Overview, click Privacy and enable GDPR Compliance if it is not already enabled. Below the GDPR activation you will find form fields in which you can enter information about your company, data protection law and the responsible data protection authority in your country. Requests from your survey participants to view the data sent and to delete it can also be found on this user interface.
The GDPR provides for a right to be forgotten and the right to view data. QuestionPro takes this into account by giving survey participants the opportunity to submit a request to view and delete the survey data. For this purpose, survey participants will find a link to data protection in the footer of each survey. If this link is accessed, survey participants will see all data protection information you have provided, as well as the survey data you have entered and a request to delete the data.
