QuestionPro achieves ISO 27001 standard for confidentiality, data security and availability
Leading provider of online survey software guarantees customers, users and survey participants the security of their data with ISO 27001 certification
QuestionPro, one of the world's leading providers of online survey software, is now certified to implement the international industry standard ISO 27001. Although QuestionPro already has extensive security solutions in place to protect customer data and data protection has always been a top priority, the implementation of the ISO 27001 standard provides an additional layer of security for web-based survey software customers who still have concerns about security risks.
ISO 27001 certification certifies existing company principles
“As we are a customer-centric company, the security of our customers’ data has always been of utmost importance to us,” says Vivek Bhaskaran, Founder and CEO of QuestionPro. “As a technology company, we hold sensitive and important data from customers around the world who, at the behest of their various governments, must enforce compliance with data protection laws. It is essential that customers only place their valuable data in trustworthy hands. Our recent ISO 27001 certification ultimately certifies our existing corporate data protection principles.”
Also of considerable importance for survey participants
For Mike Wilde, Managing Director of QuestionPro Germany, ISO 27001 certification is also important for survey participants. “Understandably, we are repeatedly asked about data security not only by our customers themselves but also by survey participants. From now on, initiators of online surveys can directly refer to QuestionPro's ISO 27001 certification, for example in the introductory text of a survey or in the invitation email. This creates trust and increases data returns.”
