We are now looking for a committed, motivated and technically experienced Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d) for our support team for all phases of customer support – exactly you!

Your tasks as a Technical Support Specialist

  • Technical contact for our customers
  • Support our customers in making the best use of our tool and help them solve technical problems
  • Troubleshoot and investigate issues using internal and external tools
  • Escalation of complex technical problems to the relevant colleagues in other departments worldwide
  • Documentation of customer interactions and solutions
  • You keep up to date with the latest software versions and features
  • You will collaborate across functions, including Engineering, Customer Success and Product, to improve the customer experience

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support and completed professional training, ideally in an IT environment
  • Lateral entry is also possible if the required skills are available
  • Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills are a must
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to structure and prioritize tasks independently
  • Teamwork and a “hands-on mentality”

Nice to have

  • You have already gained SaaS experience
  • HTML, CSS and Java Script knowledge
