In order to develop our business activities and expand our sales, we are now looking for a committed, motivated and confident Technical Account Manager for all phases of the sales process. Your area of responsibility includes both the generation of new and the development of existing leads within our inside sales process. You will also be responsible for supporting and growing part of our existing customer base. Cross selling and upselling should not be foreign words to you. Due to your high level of customer orientation, you process incoming chats quickly and competently. You work to a high degree in a self-motivated, self-responsible and self-organized manner. Ideally, you have experience in conducting sales-oriented webinars and 1:1 online presentations and are familiar with modern sales tools and methods as well as social networking.
