With QuestionPro's Survey App, you can conveniently collect data offline and mobile using a smartphone, laptop or tablet PC, for example, when no network is available or not desired, such as for scientific field data surveys or for personal interviews.
Create your questionnaires and data entry forms for your offline surveys, interviews and data collections conveniently via the web editor in your survey account or via the survey app. More than 50 question types, graphics, images, videos and other multimedia elements as well as question logics, validations and branching logics can be used.
The data entry can be carried out in the so-called kiosk mode if the corresponding function is activated. The kiosk mode allows only the use of the survey interface on the end device used. Other programmes or settings cannot be accessed, thus avoiding disturbances and distractions.
Once you have created your questionnaires or data entry masks, pair the desired mobile end devices, such as tablet PCs, iPads or smartphones, with your survey account and make the content available offline via synchronisation. Before you do this, install the QuestionPro survey app on the desired mobile end devices.
Depending on your authorisation, you can view simple graphical evaluations of your entries directly in the survey app for a first insight.
