As a Customer Service Representative, you act as a link between our customers and our sales employees and are committed and motivated to face all the challenges that arise before, during and after our customers purchase our survey and analysis solution QuestionPro. You are patient, empathetic, passionate about providing service and are also communicative and cooperative. You are the first point of contact for our customers when it comes to solving technical problems and clarifying administrative issues.
