For this purpose, customers of the QuestionPro Online Access Panel have a wide selection of socio-demographic characteristics available, which are always up to date due to the provider's high quality standards and a sophisticated reward system. QuestionPro offers its customers full-service panel management, which means that the company supports initiators of studies and surveys in quickly setting up the online access panel, including initially as a soft launch. Free replacement for bad responses

Quota management taking quota groups into account

The system also takes quota groups into account and calculates the follow-up of survey participants in such a way that those with characteristics from quota groups that have already been fulfilled are no longer invited, but participants from unfulfilled quota groups continue to receive an invitation to the study until the defined target is reached.
