Add alt text to images and graphics
You now have the option of adding alternative texts to images and graphics. The stored alternative text is a description of the image. It belongs to the metadata and is not visible to the user, but voice browser and screen reader can read out the content of the alternative text.

Support of filters and rewards in surveys
Define survey filters and link surveys to engagement and reward tools, such as completed surveys.
Employee Experience Module
Individual 360 degree feedback report
A customized 360 survey report to easily display relevant information in PDF format.
CX Module
Setting up priority for detractor tickets
Identify dissatisfied customers based on the answers given and prioritize complaints and negative ratings when tickets are received.

- SA-9142 - Fixed an issue with disk space consumption when replies and associated files were deleted but the disk space for the files was not emptied.
- SA-9136 - Fixed an issue that caused the steps of multi-step lookup questions to break when special characters were used.
- SA-8981 - Fixed an issue where scores with decimals were not saved for scoring logic.
- SA-9061 - Fixed an issue where validation errors were displayed in all text fields instead of only showing specific input fields with errors.
- SA-9149 – Fixed an issue where data filters did not respect apostrophes in text data, resulting in incorrect filtering.
- SA-9071 – Time-based data filters are now created using the account timezone instead of the server's default timezone.
- SA-9148 – Fixed a display issue with italic text in the workspace.
- MR-543 - Gabor Granger - The reserve price field does not display decimal values.
- MR-532 – Fixed: Empty PDF file generated for crosstab report.
- MR-522 – Fixed: MaxDiff attributes repeat on the same page.
- MR-524 – Fixed: Incorrect percentage value in dashboard when NA is included.
- MR-542 – Fixed: Error downloading pivot table.
- EC-1166 – The issue of discrepancy in posting the timestamp system variable in Salesforce has been resolved.
- EC-1238 - Fixed an issue where the block ID was set to 0 for multi-step questions imported from the Qualtrics data import integration
- EC-1218 – Removed the third-party server dependency for Google Fonts used in the co-branded login portal.

- CM-2475 – The code has been reworked to allow large-scale surveys to be carried out at high speed.
- CM-2489 – Fixed the issue of documents not opening in Safari browser on mobile devices.
- CM-2429 – Fixed an issue where the survey status was not correct when using the “Save and Continue” option in the survey.
- CM-2482 – Fixed response count error
- CM-2490 – Fixed the error message issue when submitting a survey
- CM-2497 – Fixed an issue with sampling filters in communities
- CM-2498 – Fixed disproportionate value issue in individually selected profile fields
- CM-2502 – Fixed an issue that caused the Community app to crash when replying to comments.
- CM-2509 – Fixed the issue of Communities app crashing on iPad
- CM-2414 – Refactored code to optimize surveys in the member portal
Employee experience module
- WF-2481- An oops error was displayed when changing the screener question to select a language in a 360 survey (WF Project).
- WF-2492- Added an option to enable or disable driver analysis color codes on the portal page.
- WF-2474- Fixed error uploading responses via import template with incorrect date format
- WF-2467- Fixed an issue where manually added benchmarks would display the average of sections/subsections in three decimal values.
Customer experience module
- CX-1936 Fixed the 500 error issue in the survey token link, after which users can submit the surveys without any problem.
- CX-1952 Fixed email delivery issue where customer did not receive emails due to deleting surveys set in the default rule.
- CX-1929 Fixed issue where “bounced” status was not displayed for invalid email addresses.
- CX-1900 Fixed an issue where survey reminders were not sent to the customer because the rule was set incorrectly.
- CX-1897 Fixed the issue where a customer can now seamlessly reset the quiet time and link expiration for the surveys.
