First open a survey in QuestionPro whose data you want to merge with the data of another survey. Then click on the “ANALYSIS” menu item and then select the “MERGE” menu item in the “DATA MANAGEMENT” submenu.

In the second step, select the survey whose data you want to connect to the open survey from the drop-down field.

Then click on “ADD QUESTION MAPPING”. Here you select a question from your survey that you want to link to the data from the previously selected surveys.

Finally, select a question from the previously selected survey that you want to merge with the data from your survey question, then click “MERGE DATA”. And that's it!

IMPORTANT: Of course, you cannot merge any question with any other question. When consolidating your survey data, questions must be of the same question type. However, the QuestionPro data consolidation assistant supports you by only offering you questions for merging that can actually be connected to each other.
