Since 2005 QuestionPro has been one of the world’s leading developers and providers of web-based survey and analysis tools in the areas of market research and experience management with over 250 employees. For the development of our business activities and to expand our sales, we are looking for a committed, motivated and confident Key Account Manager for all phases of the sales process – in other words, exactly you!

Your responsibilities include:

  • New customer acquisition and customer care
  • Active sales planning through efficient “pipeline management”
  • Participation in acquisition meetings as well as their preparation and follow-up
  • Identifying business potentials based on customer needs, “cross- and upselling” 
  • Preparation of customer-specific presentations, offers and contracts
  • Manage the sales process: inquiry, consultation/presentation, proposal preparation, closing  
  • Building strategic and long-term customer relationships

Our requirements:

  • Completed studies or commercial training  
  • Business fluent in English and French (min. C1) 
  • High affinity to the software industry, interest in its development
  • High sales affinity and service mentality
  • High customer orientation, regular maintenance of customer relations
  • Experience in solution sales, ideally in enterprise feedback/experience management
  • Ability to structure and prioritize tasks independently 
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and a hands-on mentality  
  • Confident in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Ideally: Experience in conducting sales-oriented webinars and 1:1 online presentations / experience with modern sales tools and methods / social networking / know-how in customer experience, employee experience, market research
